Cousin Time!

Since I am on maternity leave, I thought it would be fun to get away and take advantage of the time I have off of work. Blaine and I originally wanted to take a little family vacation somewhere together, but somehow ended up on separate flights, going to separate destinations. While Cannon and I are in Oregon spending time with my family for a few days, Blaine is in Washington, spending time with his family and fishing for the same amount of time. One of the stops we have made since we have arrived in Oregon was to see Blaine's brother Brett, and his cute little family. Cannon met his only cousin, Mercy, for the first time today! Blaine's brother Brett, and his wife Rachel, had Mercy about one month after Cannon was born. Even though Cannon is only one month older than Mercy, he looks gigantic in comparison! :) I could not believe how much bigger Cannon was and that he was that size just weeks ago. Time sure flies! Cannon is definitely growing like a weed. I weighed him yesterday and he is already 12 lbs 9 oz! This means that he has gained almost five pounds in less than two months since his birth. Yikes!
